Keeps calling my cell phone....

Called and hung up without leaving any message

no message number won't take in coming calls

I am receiving calls from this number andit's a recording and I can never talk to a person. I want this number to stop calling me!

Nobody says anything or inquiring about credit card debt i dont have

We have tried FOR YEARS to stop calls from this number. They come in on EVERY month's phone bill. Usually 4, up to 7 or 8 total. They come to our in-bound WATS line, therefore a charge to us. Usually totals about .75 to $1.00 per month, which means they are getting to us (and probably many thousands more) for $8 to $12. per year. AT&T swears they can't stop them. HELP.

Phone rings, I answer, and I hear the phone ringing as if I placed a call! Or, when I answer I am on hold and hear music. No one is ever there. This goes on all day long. I am on the Do Not Call List, and am fed up getting all these calls. I do not have any debts. What few bills I have are paid up. If a person were ever there, I would tell them to stop calling.
